Nate Schwandt serves as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Alpha Zero Logistics, where he leads the company’s commercial strategy and helps guide AZL’s role as a trusted managed transportation and logistics partner for complex, high-stakes supply chains. 

With deep experience spanning logistics, transportation, and B2B growth strategy, Nate brings a rare blend of operational understanding and strategic vision. He has spent his career building sales organizations, aligning marketing and revenue teams, and implementing systems that scale—helping organizations move from opportunistic growth to disciplined, repeatable execution.

At Alpha Zero, Nate is responsible for new business development, go-to-market strategy, marketing, and customer engagement. He works closely with executive leadership to formalize AZL’s managed transportation offerings, integrate advanced technology platforms, and position the company as a long-term logistics partner for complex supply chains across aerospace, manufacturing, energy, and industrial markets.
